Hi, I'm Justin

I started my fitness journey at 16, during a time when I didn’t have many friends and preferred being alone.

The gym quickly became my escape — a place where I could focus on myself, build discipline, and grow stronger both mentally and physically.

Even as I climbed the corporate ladder and eventually became a branch manager at a major company, fitness remained my passion.

I spent nearly a decade learning everything I could — investing thousands of dollars into top fitness gurus and studying the science of bodybuilding.

After going through some painful chapters in life, I realized that the knowledge and discipline I’d built over the years could do more than just serve me — it could transform the lives of others.

That’s when I launched Black Feather Fitness: a coaching program dedicated to helping everyday people take control of their body, health, and confidence — no matter their starting point.

Now, my mission is simple: help people who are on their 30s lose weight, build muscle, get lean — while maintainin their lifestyle without having to get rid of their favorite food. Or even if they don't have time to go to the gym.
